AJ’s Evergreen Nursery – 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At AJ’s Evergreen Nursery, we understand that plans can change.

 

• Customers may cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a 25% fee of the total order value. This fee helps cover processing, preparation, and plant care costs, since our products are live plants that require immediate attention.

• Once your order has been packaged for shipment or has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
