I'm currently using UPS ground as my shipping carrier.

Packing procedures:

Plants are moved to a covered area to dry the foliage. The fabric pots are shrink wrapped so no soil is lost during shipping. The plants are placed in their shipping boxes and zipped tied securely in place so they do not move and get damaged in the event 'Ace Ventura' is your UPS guy....

My procedures have been very successful to this point and no damage has been sustained. If your plants do suffer any damage during shipping please, please, please, take as many pictures as you can and email me ASAP, so we can work on a resolution.

DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENTS. IF SHIPMENTS ARE REFUSED NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. I CANNOT EXCEPT RETURNED PLANTS DUE TO DISEASE CONCERNS. IF, WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PLANTS, YOU HAPPEN TO DISCOVER AN ISSUE OR DAMAGE, THEN TAKE PICTURES AND EMAIL THEM TO ME. ONCE I RECEIVE YOUR PICTURES A RESOLUTION WILL BE DETERMINED.
