‘Bird’s Nest’ Spruce is a compact, flat-topped evergreen with dense, deep green needles and a broad, low-spreading shape. Named for the shallow “nest” depression at its center, this slow-growing conifer is excellent for rock gardens, foundation plantings, or as a low hedge. It’s highly cold-hardy and very low-maintenance once established.
